Question: My tinnitus gets louder at times. i usually stays loud for a few day or a week.?

If your tinnitus gets louder at times, how long before it goes back to it's normal level? and how do you cope with this? thanks I know all the things that cause tinnitus. I just want to know it anyone else who has it experiencing this and for how long?

I think it is effected by too much salt, and, of course, stress.

Try not to listen to music that is too loud. Also having a sinus infection or stopped up ears will affect tinnitus.

Its 'normal' for it to get louder at times, but it is usually from a number of factors, such as stress, caffeine and nicotine intake and even things like aspirin or toothpaste for sensitive teeth. If you notice it getting louder it might be worth trying to rememebr what products [cosmetics, painkillers etc] you have used that day and trying to avoid them to see if it helps to cure the problem. gotinnituscures.com
