Question: Is this tinnitus or what, and how do i fix it...?

Ok so for the past few years i have been getting really loud ringing in my ears when everything gets silent, for example when i go to sleep at night, if i dont have the tv on or my radi on, or somthing that makes noise, then really loud ringing noises pop up in my head and its really annoying and hard to fall asleep too.....

I totally understand what you have - it's Tinnitus alright and it's a problem that many people have. I went through this last year and I couldn't find any sort of way to fix it... until I found a book that actually had a very good remedy inside. No, it's just from your ears hearing loud noises and there's a part in your ear that i forget the name of, but if it gets too much loud noise, when it goes quiet and it's so used to hearing loud noises for a while, you get ringing in your ears..
