I recently went to a club and the music was much louder that usual and my ears wont stop ringing. (they always ring for small period of time after i have been clubbing but it is more of an underlying noise). the ringing is louder than everything else this time and is driving me mad. my ears also feel blocked like when you go on an airplane. i have tried listening to white noise but the ringing is louder than that. i know there is no cure but until it goes away which i hope it does anyone know what i can do just to relieve it?

If i were you i wouldn't go out clubbing for a while until it stops, and i wouldn't go back to that night club if you feel the music is too loud. Just take it easy for a few days and avoid loud noises, there is a surgery for it and pills if it gets too unberable but just take it easy for a few days :] hope it helps

You can try chewing gum and drinking extra water (not carbonized drinks). Unfortunately, loud music can cause severe and permanant hearing problems and what you are experiencing is a warning sign. You need to let your ears rest by not listening to ANY loud noises of any kind before you cause permanant damage to the stapes in your ears and do not try popping them. I hope this helps.

Hi There, Many conventional medications achieve only limited success in tinnitus relief, and usually their bothersome side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, and constipation often discourage use. Natural and holistic tinnitus remedies can be effective in assisting with the relief of symptoms, as well as addressing the individual’s overall health and well-being. Herbal and homeopathic remedies are gentle, yet effective - without the harmful side effects of conventional medicine. Tinnitus herbal remedies can be used to support all body systems involved in helping the ear to perform its tasks of clear hearing and balance, as well as the circulatory, cardiovascular, and nervous systems. Some of the most common herbs used are •Ginkgo Biloba is excellent for a number of cerebral and circulatory disorders. It is probably the most widely-used herb for tinnitus and many sufferers swear by this natural ingredient. •Rosemary dilates and strengthens blood vessels and is an excellent circulation tonic. Rosemary is particularly useful for tinnitus that is caused or worsened by high blood pressure and other circulatory conditions. •Avena Sativa is effective in reducing high cholesterol levels which can contribute to circulatory problems which cause tinnitus. •Wild Hyssop s also useful in reducing pain and inflammation. •Salicylic Ac. is indicated for tinnitus with loud roaring or ringing sounds, which may be accompanied by deafness or vertigo. This remedy is particularly useful in people whose symptoms began with a bout of flu, Meniere’s disease or long-term use of aspirin. Check out this natural remedy healthherbsandnutrition.com/ products/ tinnarex.htm and see if it helps. It generally does and is quite popular because of its effectiveness.
