Question: Has anyone took medication for hypertension and had increased tinnitus noise in their ears?

I have tinnitus but would only hear the noise sometimes. MY doctor increased my medication dosage last week and now I hear the ringing in my ears ALL the time. Has then ever happen to anyone taking medication and what can I do to decrease the ringing in my ears?

This is a very common side effect with some hypertension tablets there is nothing you can do about it except go back and ask your doctor to change your medication to another type
