Question: Is there a cure to constant ringing in one ear?

My left ear for the past 5 days has been ringing non- stop but I especially notice at night when I'm about to sleep. I'm only in my 20s and am very worried. Will this eventually go away or what should I do?

This sounds like tinnitus, it sounds like a constant ringing and you can really hear it when its quite, try cleaning your ears with cotton buds and see what happens, sometimes it can be down to wax trapped behind the ear it eventually just moves by its self.
