Question: Is it normal to have occasional ringing in ears?

Nothing to severe, doesn't hurt, or bother me. I just notice it from time to time, doesn't last for more than a second, happens every now and then from time to time. I was just wondering if that's normal?

It may not be tinnitus i get ringing at times but don't have any disorder yeah it;s normal constant tinnitus.

Tinnitus can cause this symptom to occur,sometimes if people take a lot of aspirin,this will also cause the ringing in the ears,I occasionally will experience this as well.A good site to read up more regarding this condition is on line at webmd.com,just type in the search bar when you reach this site,Tomb Raider.
