Okay so im only 14 and im a girl and i got ringing in my right ear one night while i was trying to sleep and i have had it for about 5 weeks now .... please tell me you think it will go away or will i have it forever , im so sad all the time and i really want it gone , i just wanna hear silence again ,

I have it too, ignore it if possible. I notice mine ring when I talk on the cell too much. or eat too much sugar. I think if you leave the tv on at night the sound rays affect your eardrums. their is a medicine you put in your ears, but I'm not sure if it works. have the doctor check your glucose levels.

Personally I'd have my blood pressure checked, but it isn't all that unusual to have constant ringing in the ears. Just quoting my doctor. I have it, I will say that just hearing him telling me so did make it a bit more bare-able, don't think when I was your age this was occurring but I can't remember. Ask your doctor, it wouldn't surprise me to hear him say that it is a bit normal. But I would have your blood pressure checked.
