Do I have ear tinnitus? Please help!?
I have always had this " ringing" sound in my ear. Now it is very quiet and it is only there when I am in total and complete silence. It doesn't really interfere with my life I sleep like a baby at night and I am never annoyed by the sound . I wouldn't I listen to music loud, but more at a moderate or somewhat loud level not to where the person next to me can hear my music coming from my headphones . I haven't been able to figure out if the ringing sound is there or if I just think it is. Please help
Went shooting 5 days ago without protection, ear tinnitus getting worse. Shoud I go to the doctor?
Went shooting 5 days ago without ear protection. Ear ringing was really bad for the first 2 days, right ear was worse than left ear. Day 3 right ear was great, left ear still ringing. Now, 5 days later, my left ear is REALLY ringing, and feels achy & muffled. I'm wondering if it could be an ear infection or permanent tinnitus? Also, it is the weekend, and no ENT doctor is open. Should I go see a regular doctor since they are open? I don't want to wait 2 days to go see an ENT, but if it is going to be most beneficial, I will.
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and the British Army?
I have completed my basic training, and I am now at phase 2. However, somewhere along the line, my ears started ringing loudly. I thought it would pass, but it has not. Its been about 2 months of loud whistling, and I have a medical appointment about it soon. What are the rules about this? I know that there is a clamp down on hearing, but do you think I will get discharged, or can this be fixed at all?
Rining in ears (tinnitus) & tingling in extremeties?
Hello, about 2 weeks ago I suffered a pretty bad anxiety attack after smoking pot that began with ringing in my ears and gradually turned into me shaking and gasping for air and almost my hole body going numb. I've been smoking cigarettes and marijuana for 10 years now so I decided to call it quits on both and since then I experienced some minor axiety attack symptoms in stressful situations, such as my final exams but was able to talk myself out of them and focus. It's been 3 days now with no symptoms and I feel good except I still have ringing in my ears, difficulty sleeping at night, and some minor tingling mostly in my pinky & ring fingers and the top of my hands. Also, my neck, shoulders, and chest bones crack super easily but I've stopped cracking them to see if that helps, like maybe I pinched a nerve or something in my neck since it's a little sore, as well as my chest muscles. Im pretty sure the insomnia is from not smoking anything for the first time in many years but I'm really hoping the ringing in my ears goes away as I've heard it can last forever I wasn't exposed to any loud noise or anything so my hearing wasn't damaged. Can the ringing and tingling be stress related? Like stress from being sober all the time or something? I'm in pretty good shape from work, not overweight at all.I also got my blood pressure taken twice and it's normal, and my ears aren't infected.

Has anyone experienced ringing in the ears (tinnitus) for 7+ days, how did it end up working for you?
I went to the club for my friends birthday last week, its been 7 days and ears are still ringing... I haven't experienced any hearing loss, but I get a continuous high pitched ring buzz on my right ear. The doctor said I need to wait it out and it might go away. This just seems way too long, and its been giving me a lot of anxiety specially trying to sleep. Has anyone out there experienced something similar, and has the ringing gone away? how many days did you have to wait for the ringing to stop? any suggestions for sleep anxiety?
