Do I have ear tinnitus? Please help!?
I have always had this " ringing" sound in my ear. Now it is very quiet and it is only there when I am in total and complete silence. It doesn't really interfere with my life I sleep like a baby at night and I am never annoyed by the sound . I wouldn't I listen to music loud, but more at a moderate or somewhat loud level not to where the person next to me can hear my music coming from my headphones . I haven't been able to figure out if the ringing sound is there or if I just think it is. Please help
Went shooting 5 days ago without protection, ear tinnitus getting worse. Shoud I go to the doctor?
Went shooting 5 days ago without ear protection. Ear ringing was really bad for the first 2 days, right ear was worse than left ear. Day 3 right ear was great, left ear still ringing. Now, 5 days later, my left ear is REALLY ringing, and feels achy & muffled. I'm wondering if it could be an ear infection or permanent tinnitus? Also, it is the weekend, and no ENT doctor is open. Should I go see a regular doctor since they are open? I don't want to wait 2 days to go see an ENT, but if it is going to be most beneficial, I will.
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and british army?
I have completed my basic training, and I am now at phase 2. However, somewhere along the line, my ears started ringing loudly. I thought it would pass, but it has not. Its been about 2 months of loud whistling, and I have a medical appointment about it soon. What are the rules about this? I know that there is a clamp down on hearing, but do you think I will get discharged, or can this be fixed at all?

Ringing in my ears tinnitus or supernatural?
i hear doctors always giving us none supernatural answers for everything, i believe in god,,, and spirits and all this appear and are felt by us like static or frequencies... and a sudden high pitched ringing in my ear is classed as tinnitus,,,, but i hear the exact sound when i use to turn on tube TVs, when the static and frequency would give off a high pitch sound,, does that mean we all get tinnitus when we turn on TVs?? NO... also you can get it of radio control cars when you turn something electrical on you can here the high pitched ringing frequency.........im not being skeptical or non skeptical, but thats fact the ringing comes from electrical frequecies, and i know spirits can be picked up like electrical frequecies.. and there is supernatural links to ringing in ears.... does anyone else think the same,,,,, supernatural makes more sense to me,,, than some doctor telling everyone they have tinnitus... its almost as bad as a psychologist calling people crazy for beliving in god,, just because they dont.......
Woke up with ringing in ear. Tinnitus??
Hi all,I woke up this morning with ringing in my left ear. It's driving me insane. I did some research and found the symtom tinnitus. I thought it was ear wax build up, so I cleaned it with a over the counter ear wax remover, but the ringing still occurs. What I have found out about tinnitus is that it can be also caused to over dose of caffeine. I have taken a lot of caffeine the past 2 days and I also drink about 5 beers a week. Could it be tinnitus that's buzzing me? This ringing has happened to me before, only when I got water in my hear from showering and it would cure itself in a week. What can I do to make it better? I just want the ringing to stop. Please help.I do listen to music moderately loud in the car and at home, but not extremely loud that I can't hear anything else. Also I do not take aspirin at all or any sort of pain releivers.yes. i also smoke about 8 cigarettes per day.
Has anyone experienced ringing in the ears (tinnitus) for 7+ days, how did it end up working for you?
I went to the club for my friends birthday last week, its been 7 days and ears are still ringing... I haven't experienced any hearing loss, but I get a continuous high pitched ring buzz on my right ear. The doctor said I need to wait it out and it might go away. This just seems way too long, and its been giving me a lot of anxiety specially trying to sleep. Has anyone out there experienced something similar, and has the ringing gone away? how many days did you have to wait for the ringing to stop? any suggestions for sleep anxiety?
How can I stop that ringing in my ears? Tinnitus troubles?
I honestly don't know why I have tinnitus. My guess is a number of factors during high school and my time in the Navy.It can get loud enough to keep me from sleeping. Usually a high pitch sound but sometimes it oscillates.what can i do?thanks.
