Please help. If you have any advice about curing tinnitus please let me know. The tinnitus is truly making me go insane. My life is so horrible because of it. Please help

You need to go to the doctor and find out the casue of it. My aunt actually asked me the other day and she went to the doc. He said it wasnt an infection but gave her steroid drops its clearing up

Yeah, Id see a doctor, unfortunately, it is difficult to cure, you would have to stop exposure to really loud continuous noises, I know people with tinnitus and Im not sure how or if they've treated it
